At the end of world war, 2, Hitler was in a bad place. his
army was beaten, and he knew he couldn’t win. He decided to make one last stand
in a hope he could perhaps gain something or escape with his life. He made one
last attack. The Nazis surprise attacked the allied troops and began to rush
over them and destroy them. But here’s the thing, Hitler had already lost, his
men did not have the strength and his vehicles the gasoline to win. So, as
expected, his men were forced back and Hitler lost the war.

We are in a spiritual war right now, and we are fighting the
devil. But here is the thing, the devil is in a similar place as Hitler was.

The devil lost the war
about 2000 years ago when Jesus died on the cross. The devil is just in his
death throbs, he is just trying to make one last mark before he is done.

The story goes like this us humans were destined to die, due
to our wrongs. But then Jesus stepped in, Jesus was God became man, he came
down to earth, and he paid the price for our sins, with His own life, when He
died on the cross. He was buried, but three days later, He rose from the dead. He
had fought death and won. He met with his disciples and spent a short time with
them, then he ascended into heaven. When Jesus died, the war was won, the only
accusation the devil had against mankind was our sin, but if we ask Jesus, He
will take away our sins, making it where the devil has nothing to accuse us by.
He can take away the pain of our past, he can remove our regrets and our shame.

John 3:16 says

 “For God so loved
the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not
perish but have eternal life.
