Who do you say I am?

Matthew 16:5 Jesus
said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”[1]

Jesus asked the
disciples who they thought He was. They had spent a lot of time with Him traveling
the country. People had been healed of sickness and disease. Others were raised
from the dead.

Jesus taught with
authority and depth no one had ever seen and heard before.

Reading this
scripture it made me wonder what people would say if I asked
them that same
question.

“Who do you say
that I am?”

What would their
answer be?  Am I someone I want to be?
Am
I being the person I know I can be?

Who do people say
you are?

Who does God want
you to be? Who has God made you to be?

He has good plans for you, a future and
a hope.

Make the changes
in your life so you get the answer you want to the questions above.

Pray for
God’s help, only He can make lasting changes in all of us.
